BRICS for Business: FICCI DG on intra-BRICS economic linkages

BRICS for Business: In this video, FICCI Secretary General Jyoti Vij outlines the role of BRICS Business Council in enhancing economic linkages among BRICS countries the use of national currencies in promoting intra-BRICS trade. Speaking at a conference titled “BRICS in Rio: Shaping an Inclusive and Sustainable World Order,” Ms Vij stressed that with the expansion of BRICS membership, the Business Council has an even more crucial role in shaping a coherent economic vision.

The conference was organised by Centre for Global India Insights, a leading think tank focused on global affairs, in partnership with the Embassy of Brazil in India, at India International Centre in New Delhi. The conference, moderated by Manish Chand, CEO, CGII, focused on the agenda of the BRICS summit in Rio de Janeiro.
