Kenneth Félix Haczynski da Nóbrega is a seasoned Brazilian career diplomat born in 1961 in Rio de Janeiro. He earned an economics degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (1984) and pursued music studies at the Fryderyk Chopin Academy in Warsaw before joining Brazil’s prestigious diplomatic academy, the Rio Branco Institute (1993) .

Appointed Ambassador to India and Bhutan in 2023, Ambassador da Nóbrega brought a wealth of experience spanning posts in Peru, Poland, Germany, and a key role as Minister‑Counsellor in Washington. He has played a pivotal role in enhancing Brazil‑India ties—emphasizing partnerships in trade, energy, health, innovation, and collaborative global initiatives such as the G20, BRICS, and UN

He is widely credited with deepening bilateral cooperation: highlighting renewed economic exchanges, advancing sustainable development agendas like food and energy security, and shepherding a smooth transition between India’s and Brazil’s G20 presidencies
