Rahul Chhabra is a former diplomat who served as Secretary (Economic Relations), India’s Ministry of External Affairs. In his distinguished diplomatic career, Mr. Chhabra served as High Commissioner to Kenya, Ambassador to Somalia and Ambassador to Hungary and Bosnia & Herzegovina. He served as Permanent Representative to the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) & the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat). He played a proactive role in promoting foreign investment flows into India, having been part of India’s delegation to the World Economic Forum at Davos.
