He was speaking at an online conference titled, The Trump Card: India’s Choices & Strategy,” hosted by Centre for Global India Insights (CGII), a think tank focused on global affairs, and India Writes Network. The conference was moderated by Manish Chand, CEO, CGII and foreign policy commentator.
